This is not strictly true; weight training in conjunction with the right nutrition will actually promote fat loss and increase your metabolism (rate at which you burn calories), making weight training essential for getting you in the best shape of your life!

There are many myths and lots of different diets, each one contradicting the other you have maybe tried a few yourself. We at Intrim will take the confusion out of what too eat and how many times too eat it. Remember food should not and will not be a chore if you follow our advice.
